Description

When to use:

Award winning AxoTonic helps to reduce occurrence & supports recovery from fungal infections by creating the optimal water conditions for your Axolotl. It is a balanced salt mixture that adjusts the pH, KH, & GH of your tap water, or DI/RO water while also adding trace elements vital for Axolotl health.

AxoTonic should be added to your aquarium during set up and when adding fresh tap water i.e. during a water change.

How to Use:

Calculate the volume of your aquarium in litres (length x width x depth (in cm)/1000). Alternatively click here and we will calculate it for you.

Test the GH of your water using NT Labs Hardness Test or Aquarium Lab Multi Test. The GH result will affect the dose rate (see back of pack for full dose rate).

Shake the bag thoroughly before use.

When adding to a new aquarium, fill with water and add the required dose directly to the aquarium. If the aquarium already contains an Axolotl, add this dose slowly over the course of 5 days to avoid stressing the Axolotl.

When completing a water change, calculate the volume of new water being added and mix the required dose to the new water. The required dose is only for the volume of new water being added. Do not dose for the full aquarium volume.

30 Day Returns, simply contact us on help@cdlaquatics.co.uk with details of your reason for return and send your item to our returns centre in it's original condition. This excludes all livestock.
