Return Policy

If you wish to return your order you must contact us by email at help@cdlaquatics.co.uk, within 30 days.

Goods must be returned (at your own expense) in an unused and unopened condition. We recommend that you return goods with proof of postage as you will be responsible for the goods until we have received them. Once we have received the goods we will refund your purchase price less any expediated postage costs.

For electrical items we always log the serial number prior to dispatch, so please ensure the correct item is returned.

We cannot accept returns for livestock or food/medications which have been opened.
