Seachem Pond Matrix is a premium high-porosity biological filter media designed to provide exceptional biofiltration in ornamental ponds.
Its unique porous structure supports both aerobic and anaerobic beneficial bacteria, helping remove ammonia, nitrite and nitrate while providing long-lasting biological filtration that never needs replacing.

Directions for Use
- Rinse before use to remove any dust.
- Place directly into the pond filter.
- Use 1–2 litres per 100 US gallons (approximately 380 litres) of pond water, depending on stocking levels.
- The media may be rinsed when required without significantly affecting the biological filter.
