How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Monday to Friday, most orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day. If you place an order over the weekend, this will be dispatched on Monday.

How long will my order take to arrive?
This will depend on the postage service selected at checkout. Express delivery will usually arrive in 1 - 2 working days from dispatch. Standard shipping will usually arrive in 3 - 5 working days from dispatch. Please be aware, these are estimated delivery dates and are subject to change and delays in busy periods.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?
In the first instance, please check the Tracking Number. This will be on your order email.
